Milky pop ups

It must have been around 2004, 2005, when I was fishing with only hook baits, being Frank Warwick's Dynamite Baits Hi Viz pop-ups. Each variant we used. From Blackcurrant & Scopex to Green Zing, Squid & Octopus or Milk & Ice cream, we had them all.

It was a great loss to us when we saw that they were being removed from the stores and we never had the same confidence after fishing with other brands.

For us, the Evaporated Milk & Ice Cream stuck out far and wide, it was loved by the carp in the waters we were fishing at the time, so, after years of a love-hate relationship with pop-ups that turned into wafters overnight, a friend of mine came up with the name, Forgotten Flavours. I managed to get my hands on a decent amount of the Geoff Kemp's Evaporated Milk & Icecream flavor, so here we are!

You will remember the smell as if it were yesterday.... believe me :-)
