CAUTION!!!! *Shimano Aero Technium XTB 12000 MGS Conversion reuses the bearings that are in the lever*

Instructions
1. remove the silver plastic cap
2. Loosen the lever
3. Remove the lever
4. Slide the new lever over the stud
5. tighten the lever
6. tighten the new lever.
