The ideal all purpose back leads. These Dumpy Back leads glide freely over the line and come with 2 types of clips, making them suitable for use in all types of carp fishing situations.
The weight has a low center of gravity, so they sit upright and stable on the lake bottom. The smooth "camo" finish remains free of debris and does not create a tight line, weeds or obstacles.
Dumpy Back leads come with 2 different sets of clips/rings:
The longer "Weed Clips" (mounted) offer the dual advantage that they can run freely and will release if the back lead gets stuck in an obstacle or in the weeds.
The extra 'S-clips' (included in the package) hold the line much more firmly and do not drop the leads when drifting. This style of clip is highly recommended for an open water general angling situation.
