Monster pursuit Wafters

Growing up as a kid, Monster Pursuit was very special to me and my dad. We took it everywhere and smashed most places with it.

I remember them as if it were yesterday. The big blue Nash bags with all their cartoonish carp, fruit and all sorts on the bags. We picked up quite a few in those days before rolling our own bait. They were quite a thing for us here, literally everyone was on them, and if I remember correctly they came in 4 kilo bags.

It also came with a small ziplock bag with matching pop-ups. Not that we used them, because pop-ups and the like weren't used much here in Belgium before Warwick & Dynamite came along.

Anyway, after trying the Peach, White Chocolate, B2, Formula One, Scopex Squid, Whisky, Strawberry and a few others, the Monster Pursuit always came out on top.

Since falling in love with rolling hook baits, I've made some MPs for myself and for quite a few friends, but I've never really released them to the public. I wouldn't have dreamed that I would now give you the chance to get your hands on them too!

Supercool detail: while I was making these, my dad came over and immediately recognized the smell and aroma. It's one of them!!!
