Citrus pop ups

These beauties are real pH shifters, formulated with my own blend of 4 different citrus including Tangerine, Fizz & 2 others, which nope, I won't name :-).

They are further enriched with lime extract (yes, from the actual fruit),
a special blend of dried fruit powder (which is very noticeable when you open the jar, it's a very deep, dark, rich flavor) that is used to enhance their effect, DMPT, Citric Acid & NHDC powder to enhance the Citrus profile. As I said, pH shifters. :-)

A different approach to the EOs, finishing this one off: Lemon, Geranium & Grapefruit.
Talin, Betaine & Protaste used as sweeteners.
