MK1 Compact Bite Detector, compact and ruggedly built with easy programming and user-friendly controls.

The bite detectors have an ANTI LINE SKIP ROLLER with dual 8 magnet roller wheel. When used in conjunction with the receiver, the receiver will automatically adjust the sensitivity when the roller wheel has a bite registration. Even when the alarm is set to the lowest sensitivity. This ensures that you get less to no false alarms due to, for example, floating weeds. The ANTI SKIP ROLLER is also great for fishing with slack lines and ultra light bobbins.

The bite detectors feature a fixed LED color (this is the main color) and a runnning LED color. When you get a take, the fixed LED color will stay on for 20 seconds. When you get a take, the running led will synchronize with the sound. So when you get three quiet short beeps the running led will blink 3 times quietly. When the bait becomes a screamer, the light of the running led will also start flashing faster.

The set we will get in consists of a blue fixed LED and white running LED.
The bite detectors also have 10 different volume settings, 16 different tones, 5 different sensitivity levels and 4 levels to dim the LEDs. Also included on the bite detectors are height adjustable and fully removable snag ears. The bite alarms feature a stainless steel on and off button.

The set will come in a protective box, including 9 volt batteries, chunky and slim line stainless steel thread washers, carrying strap and a carabiner. Sillicone o-rings are also included to make the set a perfect fit for your setup.

The receiver has a removable carrying cord, a vibration button, dimmer for the LED lights, volume control, stainless steel on and off button. The receiver also has a separate programming button and is very easy to program. The set comes standard with 12 months warranty. The receiver of the ecu sets are designed purely for the swim and are not remote receivers. Measured range is 40 to 50 meters, but depends on location and environment.

E.C.U. is currently busy producing its alarms, because they do not do mass production they deliver a certain color once in a while. Unfortunately, we have no choice in this and only receive the color that is currently in stock. Unfortunately, the bite detectors with receiver will not always be in stock then. If you would like to order the bite alarm, unfortunately we can only do so on a pre-order basis in the colors that E.C.U. currently has in production.
