Coco Curry M2/FF collab pop up

This is a one-off batch I made in collaboration with our friends at M2 Bait and Tackle in the Netherlands. They will be available for purchase here and on the M2 website. Ze zullen NIET opnieuw gemaakt worden als ze uitverkocht zijn, want het is een Limited Edition samenwerking.

You know, if you've ever had the opportunity to experience Indian or Thai cuisine, and if you've ever eaten a Thai or Indian dish, you know ... when you open a tub. A very rich, coconut curry aroma will excite you.
Usually in a curry the smell and taste of the coconut dominates, but in this case I roasted fresh coconut flakes, dried them and added them to the mix to maximize the smell and taste, while taming the strong aromas of the curry powders used; the result is amazing.
A delicious, creamy, deep and rich tone of both coconut and curry. Just like walking into an exotic restaurant in the far east! :-)
